This is one of the projects I like the most and has a big emotional meanning for me. I started this project at home by my self for one year. I spent a lot of nights and weekends concepting it, designing it, programming it and creating MiniEgo.com. Then Studiocom loved the idea to bring iit in and take it to the next level. Now we have a partnership with Paws INC, (Jim Davis) the company that owns Garfield.
MiniEgo is a Virtual World where you hang out with Friends, play games, and express your creativity, Inside MiniEgo you can find Garfieldland. There you can find “Garfield” The famous character of Jim Davis and his freinds: Odie, john, Arlene and more.

The Challenge of designing a Configurable Character is the modularity. Miniego has one of the most completed configurator of the network Iwanted to have a very flexible character with a big personality. One of the things that show the flexibility of this character is the Miniego Garfield characters, they keed the personality of Jim Davis original characters and fit perfect with MiniEgo stile. It was very fun working with Jim's team to make this characters get aproved by him.
Since MiniEgo was a "testing ground for Studiocom's proprietary MMOC engine 'Galapagos', we have a big freedom to explore, and test different ideas, we went to different events to promote it .
